Trading Rewards

To encourage trading, we reward players with random cards, Star Fragments, and a bonus gift every time they complete a Stamp Card and turn it in for rewards! Stamp Cards look like the examples below and can be edited to add any kind of stamp as you trade cards away.

Blank Stamp CardFilled Stamp Card (Example 1)Filled Stamp Card (Example 2)
These graphics are optional and not required to be used if you prefer not to but you DO need to keep track of how many cards you trade away or gift to someone else!

To complete a stamp card, you must trade and/or gift 25 cards total! Any combination of trading and gifting is allowed however, you can only count cards YOU trade/give away on your stamp card. If you receive a gift of 3 cards from Player A then Player A is allowed to add 3 stamps to their stamp card but you do not get to add any!

Trades with the Trading Hut or trading member cards do count towards your stamp cards as well, although you may only trade each of your own MC with another player's once. For member card trading, make sure you're trading the same types (ie. mc-Cassidy for mc-yasu or mc-Cassidy01 for mc-yasu01)!

BONUS GIFT: CDs

The bonus gift you receive for every stamp card turned in is a CD which is just a graphic that can be displayed on your post for collection and decoration purposes. These are optional however so if you do not collect them, you can just remove the related portion from your reward log.

If you do collect them, CDs can be of any release as long as it has some sort of cover (even digital and non-Korean releases are allowed, provided they follow our usual guidelines of what we'd accept for donations!) and will look like the examples below - but you can view all of our currently in stock CDs at the Music Shop!

astro-riseupdigital, gfriend-flowerlimiteda, izone-heartiz, monstax-whodoulove, redvelvet-summermagicirene, seventeen-loveandletterdigital

If at any time you don't see something in the shop that you want, you can make requests at the Pre-Order Counter in advance - but please note that the shop is usually only updated once per month!

If you're turning in stamp cards but there are no CDs you're interested in, you may take the cdvoucher coupon in its place instead, which can then be redeemed for 1 CD at a later date (like when your pre-orders are made)!

REWARDS

Once a stamp card is completed, you can turn it for a reward. Not only do we reward you for every stamp card completed but we also have additional rewards that are given based on how many you've turned in overall! You can redeem the Base Reward on the site itself through the Trading Rewards page in your account while Additional Rewards can be claimed on the forums.

Tip! In order to use the on-site Trading Rewards form, you first need to add your trade logs to your account because the form will calculate how many completed stamp cards you can turn in and auto-fill the reward claiming form with the total — all based on your own site logs! To read more about this feature or if you need extra help with adding logs, please check our Intro to Stack guide!

Only base rewards are self-serve so you will receive it automatically once you submit the form to collect rewards for however many completed stamp cards you have logged in your account, but additional rewards need staff approval, who will then send you your reward(s)! You can, however, redeem multiple additional rewards at once if you want to save up turn-ins for batches.

Reward TypeContents
Base Reward
(Every 1 Stamp Card)
4 random cards, 5 Star Fragments, 1 CD
Additional Reward #1
(Every 5 Stamp Cards)
+1 random card, 5 Star Fragments
Additional Reward #2
(Every 10 Stamp Cards)
+1 choice card (instant or coupon)
Rewards do stack so when you turn in your 5th stamp card overall, you will get the Base Reward from redeeming it on the site first, then you can claim Additional Reward #1 on the forums. On your 10th stamp card, you can claim both Additional Reward #1 + Additional Reward #2 at the same time!

This repeats for every nth stamp card (that is a multiple of 5) so you can claim Additional Reward #1 on your 15th/25th/35th/etc. stamp cards then both Additional Reward #1 + Additional Reward #2 on your 20th/30th/40th/etc. stamp cards.

TRADING LOGS

While stamp card graphics are not required to be used in order to claim rewards for completing one, we do require players to keep track of what trades are being used in each stamp card through your logs. Please clearly show a cut off for every 25 trades and an indication on what stamp card # it is in some form!

Tip! There are scripts and mods that will do the counting and notation for you automatically if you use eTCG!

If you're not sure what we're looking for, feel free to use the example below as a guide or to imitate, as it is considered acceptable by admin standards (or check any other player's trade post for ideas)! Counting how many cards in each trade is not necessary but most will probably find doing so helpful for themselves.

NOVEMBER 4TH, 2017 -------------
- Traded with Starlight: card20 for card18 [002]

//// STAMP CARD 1 + 1 LEFTOVER TRADE ////

NOVEMBER 2ND, 2017 -------------
- Traded with Cassidy: card01, card02 for card03, card04 [025 + 001]
[redacted for space]
- Traded with Member: card05, card10, mc-You for card08, card 12, mc-Member [001-003]
These logs (just the card filenames you've traded and received, including MCs for both you and the other player) are what you will copy and paste into the Add Trade Logs form. It will then count how many cards were traded and adds that amount to your total Trade Points count on-site, which is what the reward claiming form bases its calculations on!

Once your account has at least 25 Trade Points, it will show you the rewards claiming form, with the number of completed stamp cards already pre-filled; all you need to do is submit the form and you will receive your rewards right away! If you have more than 25 Trade Points in your account and enough to claim multiple stamp cards (e.g. 51 Trade Points), it will allow you to claim exactly that amount (e.g. 2 stamp cards worth of rewards, if using the previous example).

However, do note that you cannot choose the amount of stamp cards you redeem at once! For example, if you only wanted to claim 5 stamp cards but have enough points added to your account that you could claim 8 stamp cards instead, the form will not allow you to; you can only claim *all* 8 stamp cards.
